    How do I place my order?

    You may order online, fax, mail or call in your order. The simplest way is to order online. We use PayPal for your convenience. If you prefer to fax in your order, please download our online order form by clicking HERE.

    If you would like to call in your order, please have the following information. We are not able to answer every call directly. Please leave us a message or the following information. If a voice mail message is left, you will be contacted before your order is processed.

    Billing information: Name, street address, city, state and zip code. Shipping address if different from billing address. Telephone number, fax number and e mail address. Credit card information, name as it appears on the card, number, type of card, expiration date. We will need to verify the code on the back of the card. You must include the product name and quantities you would like as well as color and size if applicable.

    How Do I Pay?

    You may pay by check, money order or through PAYPAL. Please be advised that a check can take up to one week to clear the bank. Orders will not be processed until the check has cleared. All credit card orders are processed through PayPal.

    What are your shipping policies?

    All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service.
    Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout.
    Orders will ship out within three days of processing.
    If you prefer a different carrier or would like the product faster, please call us.

    What if something is out of stock?

    Please note that some items may be out of stock. We will make every attempt to contact the customer by e mail or phone. If an item is backordered, we will ship all in stock items and ship back ordered items as they become available. Back ordered items will be shipped USPS at no additional charge to the customer.

    What about returns and exchanges?

    Strap My Bra prides itself in offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days and we will provide you with an on line store credit less shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incoming or outgoing. Please note that we do not offer refunds. We strongly advise returning your item through a prepaid, insured traceable method to insure a safe and documented delivery. Please include with your return your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and reason for returning the merchandise. If you wish to exchange the item, please include the item(s) you would like. It is advisable to e-mail us when you have shipped your package so we know to expect it. All returns are shipped to:

    Exchanged items will be shipped within 20 days of receipt of product as long as it is in the same condition it was received by the customer.

    Can I cancel an order?

    You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after the time your order was received.

    Special Orders

    We can take special orders on all of our beaded straps and ribbon only. If you see a specific style or color you would like to match an outfit, we will be glad to try and accommodate you. Orders must be specific as they cannot be returned or exchanged. A special order processing fee of $20.00 will apply. Special orders can take up to three weeks.

    Do the products look like the pictures?

    StapMyBra.com has made every attempt to depict the color and styles of our merchandise. The color(s) you see will vary depending on the settings and capabilities of your computer and web browser. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of our products is perfectly accurate.

    Do you have gift certificates?

    We offer gift certificates in the amounts of $25.00, $50.00, $100.00 and $150.00.

    Why are your products better then others I have seen?

    We use only the highest quality materials. Our beaded straps are durable and do not stretch like some of the others. Stretching leaves gaps in the beads that do not look good. As well stretchy string often looses it elasticity over time and can become larger thus falling off your shoulder. We also use only metal hooks and slides to avoid breakage.
    Our ribbons come from France primarily to insure quality in fabric and design.
    Our Strapits are made of high quality and will not break or loose their color.
    Our gold and silver straps are made with high quality materials and we have added smaller hooks for a better look.
    We do not offer clear bra straps as we have found they do not stay clear. We provide only the highest quality of straps available.
